 Terrill McCray Sr.

Blessings, I am Terrill McCray Sr. I am an Owner and Operations Manager of MAC III transportation. I have been in the trucking industry for 26 years. I started as Operations manager over the private Fleet for Walmart, then Fed-Ex Ground, and now we have our own family, MAC III LLC. I have 20 plus years of driving, and also the logistical side of trucking. I am a family man, and we run our company the same way. We are small in numbers, but strong in quality. We have what large companies lack, and that's each other's back. The MAC III way, deeply rooted and never shaken.

Delon Bacot

My name is Delon Bacot, and I have been in the trucking industry for twenty three and a half years. I have been married to my wonderful wife for 29 years, and we have five beautiful children together. The trucking industry is a field that I am very passionate about because it has afforded me the opportunity to work with different people from various backgrounds. The trucking industry is a lot like a family, for example: problem solving, communication, team work, and service, are all attributes that I possess. These are all the key components that make up a successful business. Throughout my years of experience, I have been able to marry all of these core attributes and apply them to MacIII transportation. It is my belief that having a heart of service will always bring out the best in leadership as well as employees. It is my goal as an owner to make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated , as well as continuing to put MacIII transportation in the best possible position in an ever changing market.

 Anthony England

My name is Anthony L. England, I was born and raised on the south side of Chicago in 1964. I have an amazing family outside of the trucking business, and I am so thankful for them. I started driving trucks at the age 40. I hung my keys up 18 years later due to health issues. I learned so much while driving, and miss it at times. I have driven in every state that you can drive in, except Alaska and Hawaii. I enjoy being the driver's manager here at Mac III trucking, where I can call my second home.

Sharonda Kelley

My name is Sharanda Kelly, and I was born and raised in Chicago, IL. I have been in the transportation field for 10 years. I am proud to be a part of the MacIII transportation family. My role here is the office compliance manager. My experience is in safety, compliance, accounting, and the day to day functions that keep the business going.
